Welcome to DERM TATTOO, Where artistry, leadership, and a client-centered experience come together to create tattoos that are as meaningful as they are visually stunning. My name is German Fernandez, and while tattooing is something I’m incredibly passionate about, it’s also a bridge, one that’s allowing me to grow, connect, and move toward my next venture in leadership, business, and helping others.

Before I became a tattoo artist, every job I had followed the same pattern: I pushed myself to perform at the highest level, often stepping into leadership roles or earning recognition for my work ethic. But I also saw a lack of true leadership and respect in many workplaces, which drove me to entrepreneurship. I wanted to build something where my values, integrity, growth, and respect, were at the core of everything I did.

That mindset carries over into my tattooing. At DERM Tattoo, I don’t just put ink on skin, I create an experience where my clients feel valued, heard, and excited about their tattoo. Many of my clients are business owners, CEOs, and leaders, and while I tattoo them, I also learn from them, exchanging insights about business, personal growth, and leadership. But whether you’re in a leadership position or getting your first tattoo, I believe we all have something to teach and something to learn and that’s what makes each session so meaningful.
